Lo sapevamo, questo è l’anno di Barbie e Oppenheimer e le nominations agli Oscar – appena annunciate – lo confermano. Otto candidature per la pellicola diretta da Greta Gerwig con Margot Robbie (non nominata) e Ryan Gosling e tredici per quella di Christopher Nolan con protagonisti Cillian Murphy e Florence Pugh.

La 96esima edizione degli Oscar si terrà il prossimo 10 marzo e anche se sarà all’insegna del grande quesito di questa stagione – chi trionferà tra i due film suddetti ? – non tralascia altri titoli meritevoli come Poor Things, Maestro e The Holdovers.

Orgoglio italiano, nei candidati come miglior film straniero spunta Io capitano di Matteo Garrone che dopo il Leone d’Argento a Venezia e la nomination ai Golden Globe si trova, qrazie a questo film, alla sua prima candidatura agli Oscar.
